The Mahila Empowerment Party (MEP) stands for women's empowerment in India. Our party believes in equality, non-discrimination, and the universal right to political participation. We aim to create a society without boundaries of caste, creed, or religion. Being true to our roots, our party’s manifesto focuses on the equal rights of every individual, regardless of their social or economic status.

SC, ST, under "Amma Divena" Scheme

We are not just talking about lofty ideals here, folks. Under our beloved "Amma Divena" scheme, scheduled castes and tribes will receive a helping hand. Somebody once said, "Small help is true help”, right? With that in mind, we plan to provide them with a wedding gift of serious magnitude: a whopping 25,000 rupees. Remember folks, the purpose here is empowerment, not charity.

Life for daily wage labourers, auto drivers

Parts of the manifesto crafted with love and care for those at the grass-roots level. The daily wage labourers and auto drivers, the lifeline of our cities, trodden and forgotten too often. To them, we pledge an annual health insurance of 20,000 and, hold your breath, a Family Support Fund! They work hard every day, and they deserve it!

A House for Every SC Family without Houses

In case that didn’t get your attention, let’s hear it for our housing project for SC families without houses. Every family will be provided with 10 lakhs - you read it right, folks, 10 lakhs for the construction of a new abode. Dreams are made of these, aren't they?

Healthcare Access: Elevating Women's Health Services

That brings us to the realm of healthcare. You see, our party doesn't believe in rhetorical flourishes. We stand for genuine upliftment. And guess what our president Dr. Nowhera Shaikh said? In his own words, "Students with High Talent But Lack of Financial Condition, Don't Worry. From LKG to 6th STD, Students Will Get Books for Free." Now, if that doesn't get you excited, I don't know what will!

Assistance to farmers and their families

Now let’s turn our attention to our farmers. Our GE Manifesto for 2023 carves out a sympathetic space for our Muslim brothers by accommodating 12% reservation and a good 35,000 per acre under Rythubandhu scheme. And let's not forget, their health, nutrition and children's education is also taken care of.

For Imams and Pastors

A special shout-out to the priests from across Telangana. Those torchbearers of faith who keep the beacon burning. For our Imams and Pastors, an honorarium of 10,000 is in the offing. A token of appreciation, a nod for their indispensable role in our society.

Empowering The Old Citizens: M E P National President Dr. Nowhera Shaikh's Good News for Senior Citizens

It’s time to spill the beans (or should I say, "lentils of love”?) for our senior citizens. Under the thoughtful leadership of Dr. Nowhera Shaikh, they are set to receive a monthly pension of 10,000 rupees. That’s some serious TLC for our elders.

Transforming Telangana Slums: A Strategic Blueprint

Last but not least, the slum dwellers in Telangana had been hankering for a change, and boy, are they going to get it! The MEP's vision is to transform the Old City and empower its people, with policies espoused by none other than our National President Dr. Nowhera Shaikh.
